Terms & Conditions

Deliveries & Returns

We will get your gear to you as soon as possible. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day. For UK customers, as soon as we dispatch we will notify you and then when the parcel is collected by our couriers you'll be notified of the tracking number so you know when to expect the delivery.

 

UK Delivery Charges:

 

FREE - DELIVERY ON ALL UK ORDERS OVER £50.

£2.50 - DELIVERY ON ALL UK ORDERS UNDER £50.

 

Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday only (excludes Bank Holidays).Parts of Scotland may encounter a two day delivery window.

 

International Delivery Charges:

 

£5.00 - DELIVERY IN TO THE REST OF THE WORLD

 

All International orders are sent with Royal Mail, using a fully trackable service and will require a signature on delivery.

 

British Force Post Office (BFPO):

 

Please contact us before ordering for all shipping costs to be removed.

 

Returns (UK & Worldwide):

 

To return an item to B&G, please fill out your returns form, which is on the back of the invoice you received and post your unsuitable item(s) back to: Bloke & Geezer, PO BOX 105 New Romney TN28 9DE within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

 

Please note:

 

All goods returned to us must be in the original condition and packaging, in which they were sold, with all tags attached. Where reasonable care has not been taken we reserve the right to refund you in full less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or cover any loss.

When trying on clothing, we recommend you wear another top underneath, we also recommend that you make sure you don’t expose the item to deodorant or after shave may leave a scent or mark.

 

Make sure you check the size guide before ordering as you will be responsible for any return postage costs (and any customs or duty charges if applicable) and, for your security, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and retain the proof of postage in case of loss or damage. All returned items are the customer's responsibility until they arrive back with us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit.

 

Deliveries

 

We use My Hermes for all UK deliveries and they require a signature on receipt of the parcel. If you’re not in when the delivery is attempted the driver will leave a 'while you were out' card, which will tell you how to arrange a second delivery attempt. They will make three attempts in total. Alternatively you can ask for your parcel to be delivered to a safe place. As soon as we dispatch your order to the courier we will notify you. Any questions email to us and we will get back to you asap.

 

Returns

 

From time to time you may need to return goods to us, all returns need to be back to us within 14 days of receiving the order for a refund to be made, if the return is sent back after this time we will only be able to exchange the product. All items need to be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags still attached. Please fill in the Returns Form attached to the invoice, this lets us process the return more efficiently. Please return goods using a trackable service like Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post on the way back to us. We aim to refund or exchange products within 2 days of receiving them back to B&G. When exchanging goods you will receive email notification when we dispatch the replacement, just like you did with the original order. When refunding an order you will receive an email letting you know when the funds have gone back to you. Please note that it usually takes the banks 48 hours or so to give you your money back. Once you receive your email notification give it a couple of days before checking your bank account, if you still haven't received the money back give us a shout and we will look into it for you, although we can't hurry the banks up we can double check that the refund was processed correctly.

 

Please note we cannot refund any postage costs unless items are returned faulty. In the case of faulty goods, you will need to return them back to us, if we agree there is a genuine manufacturing fault we will refund the full transaction cost, plus your return postage.

Free shipping applies to UK orders over £50 and International orders over £100, if a refund is required and the order value drops below the free shipping threshold, the shipping costs (£4.95 UK, £8.95 Europe & £12.95 Rest of the World) will be deducted from the refund.

 

Privacy Policy

 

All the information you give to Bloke & Geezer stays with Bloke & Geezer and while we may use it to stay in contact with you we will never pass it onto a third party. We fully comply with the 1998 Data Protection Act. No cookies are used within this site structure.

 

Prices

 

All our prices include UK VAT.
